Osseo Parks are Tobacco-Free
Osseo follows an Outdoor Parks and Recreational Facilities Tobacco-Free Policy. This means there should be NO tobacco use of any kind in either Sipe Park or Boerboom Park in Osseo. Osseo Parks & Recreation Committee
The Parks & Recreation Committee serves as an advisory board to the Osseo City Council. The Parks & Recreation Committee typically meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month in February, April, June, October, and December and more frequently at special meetings (as needed).
