FINANCE DIRECTOR
The City of Osseo is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serve as our Finance Director. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all municipal financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, audits, enterprise funds, and long-range financial planning.
The Finance Director works closely with the City Administrator and City Council to ensure the City’s financial stability and compliance with governmental accounting standards and regulations. This position also supervises finance staff and provides oversight of specialized municipal enterprise operations, including cannabis retail.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible accounting or public finance experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Municipal/government accounting experience strongly preferred
Benefits
The City offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Salary range: $98,499.62 – $124,776.37 annually.

PAID ON-CALL FIREFIGHTERS
The City of Osseo is looking for Paid On-Call Firefighters to assist with medical and fire emergencies.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED is required, and some experience in a firefighting and/or EMR capacity is preferred.
Special Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Must be able to respond within 7 minutes from home or work

Must pass a background check

Must pass OSHA mandated medical and physical testing

Firefighter 1 Certification (training available upon hire)

Firefighter 2 Certification (training available upon hire)

Hazardous Materials Operations Certification (training available upon hire)

Emergency Medical Responder Certification (training available upon hire)
