A GREAT PLACE FOR YOUR EVENT!
Are you looking to rent space for a business meeting, hold an athletic banquet, host a wedding reception or an anniversary celebration? The Osseo Community Center has one large room with windows overlooking beautiful Henry J. Boerboom Veterans Memorial Park, picturesque Central Avenue, and a small outside patio. It has large windows with lots of natural light.
The maximum standing capacity of the Community Center is 240. There is table seating capacity of 120 at 12 - 48" round tables and 8 - 30" x 72" rectangular tables. A total of 140 chairs are available. You may bring in additional tables and chairs for your event if needed. There is a large Bluetooth speaker and podium available. No other equipment is provided.
We accept checks payable to City of Osseo or credit card payments (a service fee is applied to credit card transactions). A credit card form is included in the Community Center Rental Agreement & Application provided above.
During the week, the room can be divided into two spaces:
- Room A and Room B. Room A (35 x 35 ft) is typically set up with approximately nine round tables, and has access to a small, non-commercial kitchen.

Room B (24 x 35 ft) is set up for forum-style meetings with two rectangular tables with three rows of six chairs facing them. A semi-circular paver patio is attached to Room B.

The City Council may set special fees or waive fees for special conditions or circumstances, where the applicant has performed a commensurate service to the City. To request reduced fees, you may submit a fee waiver request to City Staff. The request will be considered at a future City Council meeting.
