The purpose of the Osseo Planning Commission is to be the City's planning and zoning agency and serves as an advisory board to the City Council.
Membership: The Planning Commission consists of seven members appointed from the Osseo City Council, resident population and business owners. Not fewer than 75% of the Planning Commission shall be residents of the city.
Meetings: The Planning Commission meets the 3rd Monday of each month (as needed).
Officers: The Commission shall annually elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson from among its members.
Terms: Appointees are appointed to serve staggered terms of 3 years, with noted exceptions.
