Historical Preservation Committee

The purpose of the Osseo Historical Preservation Committee is to review and advise the City Council on matters related to historic areas of interest within the City in order to provide a sense of community identity and to preserve items that represent and reflect elements of social, economic, religious, political, architectural, and aesthetic heritage.

Membership: One member of the Osseo City Council and four Osseo residents, who are appointed by the Osseo City Council

Terms: Residents are appointed in staggering 3-year terms, Councilmembers are appointed annually. The Committee shall appoint a Chairperson annually.

Meetings: Meetings are ad-hoc and can be called by the Chairperson on an as-needed basis.
