Gateway Sign Message Requests
The Gateway Sign is Osseo’s electronic message board located at County Road 81 and Jefferson Highway. Osseo businesses and organizations are invited to submit an application to display messages on the sign. Applications will be reviewed and approved by City staff.

Cost & Fee Waivers
The cost of running a message on the Gateway Sign is $100 per message, per week.
Automatic Fee Waiver:
The following organizations automatically receive a waived fee because their charitable gambling operations benefit the City of Osseo:

Osseo Lions Club

Osseo Fire Department Relief Association

Osseo/Maple Grove American Legion

Northwest Area Jaycees
Requesting a Fee Waiver:
Organizations not listed above may request a fee waiver by submitting a Message Fee Waiver Form with their Gateway Sign Application.

Each request is reviewed by the Osseo City Council.

City Council meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.

Waiver requests must be received by 12 PM on the Wednesday before the meeting for consideration.

Applications and fee waiver forms may be submitted:
